CANCELLATION POLICY
I have implemented a cancellation policy to maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients. A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding. Any necessary adjustments can be made within one week following your appointment, provided that there is availability and prior discussion with me. After one week, a fee may be charged for any adjustments. Card payments: Please note that there is a 3.5% processing fee applies to transactions made Viva credit card to avoid this fee. I also accept check Zelle, Apple Pay and cash.
